Ooh, it autosaves what I'm typing so I don't lose anything! That's genius and fantastic and solves about 3 of my problems.
I recently got my hair cut, and as you can see, it's taken about three years off me. Ironically, however, people are commenting that I look "dead girly" with it this length, which I suppose I should be pleased about. Everyone seems to like it and wants to touch it and such. I'm still not sure about it, really. It only really behaves itself when it's borderlining on dirty.
I'm terribly glad it's the weekend, after such a shit week. I'm also glad that Mister Music Thompson is back in my beloved Creative Arts department on Monday. I have actually quite missed him.
That and I want to get this bastard Improvisation Show out of the way as soon as possible so I can concentrate on Lush Life.If you are not familiar with this play (and in all fairness, not too many people are) then I strongly suggest you go out and find out about it. It is fantastic. It has a cast of only six and five of those people actually play the same person, the lead: Hannah. Or Lotte. Depending. I am currently cast as number four, and aside from the fact she's a bit whingy and has insecurity issues, I'm having great fun playing her.
The script itself takes a while to get used to; it's not your conventional Joe Bloggs needs to say these words here. It's total overlap. It's genius, that's what it is. And it's so effective that sometimes even I get shivers down my spine reading through it. Anyway, we're doing the show for two nights in May.. and you should obviously, obviously come and see it.
It's now half past one and I have work at three, which gives me an hour to sort myself out and make myself look a little less like a sleep-deprived junkie.
Watch this space.
